Curently recruiting for an experienced and proven Finance Director for 6-9 month period to oversee all financial aspects of business and drive the company's financial strategy and planning.

You will be responsible for growth, strategy and assessing the financialperformance of the company as well as possible risks and investments.

You will be a Board Member both as Director and Company Secretary.

Requirements and skills:

Proven experience as director of finance or similar role
Indepth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities include:

Overall responsibility of the Finance function with activities supporting the wider business
Supporting our Commercial team with pricing/budget/forecasting
Working with supply chain on cost saving initiatives and pricing
Assisting with productivity efficiencies and capex investment decisions
Cashflow forecasting
Retain constant awareness of the company's financial position and act to prevent problems
Oversee all audit and internal control operations
Liaise with the bank and other financial services providers
Work with the other directors on the business strategy and risk management
