Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you would be buying and selling jewellery and offering Pawn loans to the public. Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers, managing stock, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all our customers.


Duties:

• Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
• Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Process transactions accurately using our pointofsale system
• Assist with visual merchandising and product displays

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Phone etiquette and professional demeanor
• Previous jewellery retail experience is preferred but full training will be given.

We are a family run business that has been trading in Plymouth for well over 50 years.


Pay:
From £21,000.00 per year


Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
