Description

The Development Lead will be responsible for project management and delivery across the full life cycle of the digital career platform project, including:
Managing scoping, insights and communications

Leading the operational delivery of the project

Managing external providers and procurement processes

Managing project finances, risks and quality

Managing the project Steering Group and associated working groups

Working with partners and Academy colleagues to embed and connect the project

Developing reports, presentations and briefings for a broad range of audiences and stakeholders.

Line management of a dedicated Development Officer for the project, and matrix management across internal and external colleagues
