We are looking for a Programmatic

Optimiser

to join our growing Programmatic Services team based

in either the

Essence

Mediacom

including

the

activation, campaign management and reporting of

key North clients such as Cinch, Vertu Motors & 3M

.

The scope of the role will include supporting with the campaign set up, optimisation and data analysis of clients utilising our internal Programmatic service, whilst ensuring campaign admin such as optimisation logs and client reports are filled in timely and to a high standard.

This role is particularly suitable for graduates who have a passion for technology and data. As a Programmatic Optimiser, you'll be at the forefront of the evolving digital advertising landscape, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive success for our clients.

Reporting of the role


The role reports into the Programmatic Account Director, with the responsibility of supporting the EssenceMediacom North Programmatic Services team across key clients such as Cinch, Vertu Motors & 3M.

Measures of success

In three months, you would have:

  • Completed training and inductions with our core tech partners included, but not limited to, DV360 (Google), Amazon DSP & Xandr.
  • A basic understanding of the programmatic landscape and EssenceMediacom North client portfolio.
  • Understood our weekly reporting requirements and started to work on these independently.
  • Completed industry training that is led by GroupM & EssenceMediaCom

In six months, you would have:

  • Have an advance understanding of the core DSPs & tech stack we work with (e.g. DV360, Campaign Manager, IAS, Bright Analytics)
  • An understanding of detailed reporting capabilities and creating high level valuable campaign insights
  • Successfully managed, end to end smaller sized Programmatic client campaign independently and supported on midlarger size campaigns with Account Manger & Director.

In 12 months, you would:


  • Be fully competent across core DSP's & tech stack.
  • Lead on midsized campaigns from end to end.
  • Support on larger, top priority campaigns across the Sky portfolio.
  • Involvement in Sky's programmatic strategy & recommendations

Responsibilities of the role

  • Support the team the campaign set up, optimisation and data analysis of our clients.
  • Regularly optimise client campaigns to deliver outstanding results.
  • Regularly produce optimisation and client reports on performance.
  • Ensure programmatic best practice is followed across all campaigns.

What you will need

  • An excellent understanding of Microsoft office including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and comfortable working with data.
  • A 2:1 degree or higher preferred but not a hard requirement.
