Administrator
The Opportunity
We are looking for an Administrator working as part of our small friendly Accounts Team, updating our internal systems with key information and supporting the team where necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Requesting Purchase Orders from our clients and updating our internal system
- Liaising with our Scheduling and Admin teams
- Ensuring our internal system is up to date with correct invoicing details and requesting the information from clients where necessary
- Cover Travel bookings when necessary
Requirements:
- Strong I.T. skills including use of Office products, and webbased systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent people skills
- Great attention to detail
- Highly organised, ability to work to deadlines
- Prior experience of working within an Accounts Team would be an advantage, but not essential
