The Role


The Team Leader of Accounts Payable is responsible for the day to day management of the team, Effectively control and proactively develop processes, accounting and reporting in area.


  • Actively manage effective relationships with external suppliers and key internal stakeholders
  • SME on cross functional projects to enable the improvement, development, successful implementation and BAU delivery of changes
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and effective transactional cost management
  • Staff planning, development and training. Responsible for motivation and development of direct reports


Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities.

This role is a CUK10 and is offered on a full time, 10 minths fixed term contract/secondment basis with at least two daysbased in our Southampton office.

  • Knowledge of accounts payable or finance
  • Be an effective communicator; verbal and written communication skills
- able to organise and prioritise work

  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Competent with Microsoft Office
