Job Description:


  • Daily posting of payments and receipts in various currencies
  • Setting up payments following the Company's standard operating procedures
  • Processing booking forms: raising purchase orders and sales invoices
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Sales and purchase ledger reviews and maintenance
  • Communicating with the sales team and dealing with queries

Qualifications:


  • Have completed A Levels or Equivilant
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn
  • Able to prioritise effectively
  • Well organised and proactive
  • Flexible and reliable
  • Diligent
  • Trustworthy
