Job Title:
Technology Administrator


Responsible to:
CRM Manager


Salary:
£25,642 (London Living wage)


Hours:
Part-time 10 hours per week


Tenure:
Temporary until General Election plus 1 week.


Location:
Hybrid / Lib Dems Headquarters, Westminster, London


Purpose of job:


As the Technology Administrator, you will be working as part of a busy Tech team providing high quality administrative support to the CRM Manager.


You will be responsible for ensuring that new starters have all their equipment and access to systems set up before their first day.


You will take on the admin tasks of the team as and when required so that other team members can focus on the technical aspects of their job.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Organise the technology setup for all new starters. That includes laptops as well as access to systems.
  • You will raise POs and track spend against those POs ensuring invoices are paid on time.
  • You will manage costs that are associated with the technology credit card.
  • You will be the admin owner for Typeform and Eventcube. Which means managing the passwords, users and general troubleshooting.

We are looking for a highly organised individual with communication skills. A good temperament that allows you to deal with the unexpected is a must.


This role will suit someone with a strong personal organisation and the ability to learn quickly, who is comfortable moving between tasks.
