Client liaison Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

The role will be to assist in daily admin & client contact duties across all areas of the business.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Dealing with general admin queries;
  • Print, bind and post Legal documents;
  • Scanning incoming / outgoing documents;
  • Uploading documents onto the case management system;
  • Ensuring all records, systems and paperwork are kept uptodate;
  • General office duties.

Skills Required:


  • Business administration experience;
  • High standard of English & Mathematics;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems;

  • Attention to detail & super organised;
  • A positive and hardworking attitude;
  • Able to work well unsupervised ;
  • Flexible and adaptive personality;
  • At ease with operating in a fastpaced, moving environment;
  • Able to develop and maintain rapport with a wide variety of clients, both over the phone and in written communication.
