Camden
Initial 2-month contract
£405 a day, umbrella

Key responsibilities of a Quality Inspector:

We are looking for 1 experienced Quality inspectors to join our multi-disciplinary team to provide technical expertise in managing the quality in delivery of a major high profile re-cladding project to high rise residential property.

The role demands creative and innovative input across a diverse range of building components whilst managing various external contractors.
At the same time, you will be working in a frontline environment with residents, understanding their specific needs and requirements, including those who are vulnerable, elderly and disabled.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and will require an Enhanced DBS.

Experience & Qualifications:

Holds an appropriate engineering or building qualification or significant equivalent work experience as a Quality Inspector or Clerk of Work.
Be experienced in delivery of complex construction projects with a focus on fire safety with respect to cladding & curtain wall design.
Possess a good knowledge of highrise residential construction, robust administrative and contract management skills

Exxcellent working knowledge of building pathology across a range of property types alongside an understanding of Mechanical and Electrical installations and their functionality in domestic property.
