Property Valuer

Canary Wharf, London


Our rapidly expanding client is seeking an ambitious Valuer to join their team based in the thriving Canary Wharf area.

You will work on producing accurate valuations across a wide portfolio of residential properties in prime London locations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting assigned properties and identifying key value drivers
  • Researching market data from appropriate sources to support valuations
  • Advising clients on property values, rental yields, renovation potential
  • Expanding our client base by networking with agents and investors

Requirements:


  • Residential valuation experience as a valuer or senior negotiator
  • Strong numerical, analytical and report writing skills
  • Excellent communication and client management capabilities
