Join our team at KeolisAmey Metrolink (KAM), the largest light rail network in the UK

We are currently seeking a
Network Presentation & Facilities Officer to join our Network Presentation & Facilities team on a full time basis to help deliver a top-notch experience for our diverse customer base across Greater Manchester.

As a NPFO, you will be a vital part of our team with various responsibilities including:

Installation and removal of posters
Carrying out regular cleaning and presentation audits across all premises and customer facing assets
Liaising with the cleaning contractor management team
Assist with the management of the car park policy including carrying out permit and safety checks
Completion of depot safety and compliance audits
Contract management of key depot facilities management partners

As you will be working out on our network in all weathers, you will be provided with the appropriate uniform and workwear to carry out your full duties.

This role will work Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
