You

The purpose of this role is to form part of the Housing Team and ensure the security of the building and well-being of the organisations residents and visitors.

The post holder will work in liaison with other team members to provide support services to residents, and carrying out routine administrative tasks and record keeping.

To assist in the day to day running of the hostel, to meet client needs through a high quality service which enables individuals to address their support needs and any behaviour issues.

To assist the Housing Support Workers to manage a caseload that provides constructive guidance to clients through dynamic support planning, oversee individual rent accounts that minimise the risk of arrears and loss of accommodation.

Deliver individual and group activities that provide opportunities and experiences where residents may learn and develop life skills in a safe, accepting environment.

Assist service users to a position of being able to hold down full-time employment and the ability to maintain their own tenancy.

Ensure that the highest standards of delivery are obtained, towards our mission, of the positive transformation in the lives of young people
