With our computerised tracking system, we efficiently manage and monitor the progress of each repair, ensuring timely updates and accurate information for our customers.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk.


Job Summary:


As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibility will be to enter and maintain accurate data regarding repairs into our computerised tracking system.

Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to data accuracy will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our repair process.


Responsibilities:


  • Enter data into the computerised tracking system with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Review and verify information for completeness, correctness, and consistency.
  • Ensure all necessary information related to each repair, including physical descriptions and repair requirements, is accurately recorded in the system.
  • Collaborate with the repair technicians and customer service representatives to gather any missing or additional information as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols to safeguard customer information.
  • Regularly update the system with repair progress, including any changes, delays, or completed repairs.
  • Generate reports and summaries based on the entered data as needed.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with the data to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with data entry software, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion and respect for customer privacy and confidentiality.
  • Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 27.5 per week


Salary:
From £11.25 per hour
