Description

An immediate start contract for an experienced M&E Asset Surveyor or M&E biased Maintenance Manager to join this large, Sheffield based, in-house property management team.

They have a new building in Sheffield and one in Derby which are being handed over, so need to have their asset registers checked, information cross matched with SFG20 and then data inputted in to the Planon system.

This is the ideal post if you enjoy working as a M&E Asset Surveyor and are looking for something which is a bit different to the norm.

The work is expected to last for about four months initially, but there is potentially follow on work carrying out drawing and commissioning documentation checks; it's a great post that would suit a Maintenance Manager well, particularly if you are used tobringing new buildings in to your portfolio.

Due to the locations of the sites (Sheffield and Derby), you will need to be based within a comfortable traveling distance to them and be happy to work in Sheffield at the office on a regular (potentially full time) basis.

The rate is £30 per hour and it is to be confirmed if the contract is inside or outside IR35.
