Key details:
- Efficiently managing and maintaining the accounts receivable ledger.
- Reconciling customer accounts and resolving any discrepancies.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to accounts receivable.
- Collaborating with the accounting team to streamline processes and procedures.
- Following up with customers regarding overdue payments.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Assisting with internal and external audits related to accounts receivable.
- Supporting other accounting projects as required.
The Successful Applicant:
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A problemsolving mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
