Responsibilities:


  • Fabricate and assemble metal parts according to engineering specifications
  • Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to cut, shape, and bend metal
  • Operate sheet metal equipment and tooling to produce desired components
  • Weld or join metal pieces together using various welding techniques
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
  • Experience in metal fabrication and working with sheet metal
  • Knowledge of different welding techniques and ability to operate welding equipment
  • Familiarity with hand tools and machinery used in metal fabrication processes

Working hours:
Monday to Thursday - 8:00am - 4:30pm

Friday - 7:00am - 2:30pm


Pay:
£14.50-£15.75 per hour
