We are currently recruiting for a Digital Project Lead to join the Digital Delivery team.

The purpose of this role is to orchestrate digital change within the business by enabling the successful delivery of IT and Digital projects.

We work with a combination of agile and other delivery techniques;and continually strive to encourage a growth mindset within our work.

Your responsibilities in this role would be:

Facilitate the delivery of and digital projects to successful outcomes.
Support IT colleagues and business teams through the project life cycle from scoping, through delivery, and progression to golive.
With the Head of Digital Delivery and the Digital Design Authority, ensure that OXB project process and guidelines are being met.
Work closely with the Head of Digital Delivery to ensure business digital and agile working practices are understood and adopted as appropriate.
Build strong cross functional relationships with business team project stakeholders to support the progression of digital projects within OXB.
Facilitate internal project team meetings, ensuring stakeholders collaborate and communications so all stay updated on progress and agreed actions
Support project teams through the Quality Management System so that we continually meet our compliance and validation obligations
Monitor and drive project progress, identify and mitigate project risks and recommend appropriate changes to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure that financial aspects of projects are considered and managed throughout
Prepare business teams ready for golive, including training materials, standard operating procedures, and other documentation

We are looking for:

Bachelor's Degree
Project Management qualification preferred (Scrum Master /PMP or similar)
Previous Project Management experience, ideally in the Biotech / Pharmaceutical / Food or other similar regulated sectors
The ability to build strong relationships with cross functional teams
Demonstratable drive in your adoption of digital tools and techniques, and in encouraging a growth mindset. Bring drive and energy to the teams you work with.
Proven proficiency with MS Project, MS Office, Visio, and ideally Jira and Confluence
