Context:


Regulatory Change is one of the most critical Risk areas for the bank and hence this is a high-profile role with exposure to different groups such as Products, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Technology to name a few stakeholders and to other businessareas within the bank.


About the role:


This is an administrator role to start ASAP, ideal for someone with some previous experience in an administrative based role who is now looking to grow their career and expand their responsibilities in Regulatory Change Management.

The primary focus of thisposition cuts across 3 key areas:


  • Coordinate the status, Risks and issues related to Regulatory changes that impact the business across EMEA Countries and products
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Regular reporting (prepare slides/summaries/metrics)
  • Project Management-Assist the Project manager with planning, organising and coordinating details of regulatory projects.

About the individual:

You do not need to have previous banking experience to be successful in this role.

Full and ongoing training will be provided, however, to be successful you will need:

  • 23 years of admin experience where you have been required to work with Microsoft Applications like Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Curious mindset to ask questions, learn, challenge, and improve the current processes to create efficiencies.


  • Self-Starter

  • In this role, you will need to proactively reach out to various teams and set expectations, clearly define what's required from them and positively influence to be able to effectively manage your deliverables and deadlines. Your manager willbe at hand to help escalate or assist.
  • Attention to detail Crucial skill considering the nature of the role ensuring the risk profiles are maintained correctly to manage risk effectively.


  • Organisational skills

  • In this role you will manage your own time and priorities, with the support of your manager. Some tasks will be routine (e.g. once a week, once a month etc) and others being adhoc on request.


  • Flexibility of approach

  • As the success of the team grows, more tasks and opportunities will come to the team, giving you the opportunity to grow your knowledge and skillset and requiring your ability to flex to learn new tasks and systems.
