UK based fashion brand who distribute globally.


Description

  • Processing Sales Order
  • Invoicing customers
  • Creating and maintaining stock records
  • Liaising with to arrange orders/dispatch
  • Communication with our distributors and customers
  • Assisting with customer/distributor enquiries
  • Investigate and action delivery discrepancies
  • Updating computer records in excel and word documents
  • General office tasks when required, the role will also include filing, answering the telephone and maintaining other office systems

Profile

  • Well organised
  • A strong eye for detail
  • Meticulous
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Educated to GCSE or Scottish equivalent preferably in Maths and English
