Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression of our organization.
Previous experience in a Hotel environment ideal but not essential as full training will be given. Live in accommodation available.Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate information about our organization and services to guests
- Assist with checkins and checkouts for hotel guests
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage reservations and bookings
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services is an advantage
