Customer Service:

Key Responsibilities:
- Host courtesy calls, welcoming customers to the Muick Sandy Family.
- Work closely with other colleagues to ensure smooth transitions for customers throughout the customer journey.
- Distribute all out of office calls to the relevant department.
- Support with admin tasks.
- Ensure all customer profiles are kept up to date.
- Answer all inbound calls.
- Appropriately escalate complaints if/when received.

Requirements:
- Call Centre experience preferred but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation skills.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and random drug screening
- Enjoy working as a team
- Able to take direction from colleagues
- Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability.
These workshops occur once every 2 weeks both online and in our academy in Bristol City Centre.
You will get specific 1-2-1 tutoring and regular reviews between your tutor, manager and yourself to ensure you are meeting deadlines and staying on top of your work.

Salary:
£7.00-£9.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
