Job Description:


  • Administration through the entire employee life cycle from On boarding to Off boarding
  • Benefits administration and scheme renewals
  • Payroll Administration (starters/leavers and amendments) Family friendly leave advice and administration (maternity/paternity, parental, etc.).
  • Data reporting including monthly Headcount and Organization Charts
  • Assist in the "Ask HR" service responding to queries and providing advice to managers and colleagues
  • Assist in the Fitness and Probity due diligence for the Irish entities in collaboration with compliance and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist with immigration processes for global locations, provide advice on visa/sponsorship and employment permit requirements across our locations.
  • Administration and processing of internal mobility procedures (transfers, secondments, relocations etc).
  • Ensure the HR system is updated with any changes, e.g., salary changes, job title changes, maternity leave, secondments, etc.
  • Provide advice and guidance regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Organization & Delivery of training courses including Global Induction, Dignity & Respect in The Workplace.
  • Involvement in HR Projects & Initiatives

Qualifications:


  • Ideally CIPD or Part Qualified
  • A good level of education to GCSE/A Level or equivalent.
  • A Batchelor's degree (not essential).
  • Knowledge of UK & European employment legislation.
  • Training design & delivery.
  • Good listening and problemsolving skills
  • Proactive & Responsive.
  • A collaborative approach.
  • Clear and concise written and spoken communications skills; including being able to respond to appropriately to different audiences.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to record information accurately.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data in a confidential manner at all times.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) & Power BI

You will have experience of advising stakeholders at all levels on HR policies and procedures, together with dealing with all levels of employees in a persuasive and credible manner.
