Are you a marketing generalist looking for a new challenge? An exciting tech start-up is looking for a Marketing professional to join them as their first full-time marketing hire.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity, offering flexible hybrid working (4 days in Covent Garden) and salaries of £34-38K.

This is a chance to get involved in developing and executing growth marketing strategies across awareness, engagement, acquisition and retention.

This will be across all digital and social channels, activations, in app marketing and events. You'll be involvedin driving the businesses growth and help them expand their services across London and the UK.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute growth marketing strategies
Track, measure and optimise campaigns
Develop the content offering, including boosting SEO
Drive the product and product positioning

The Person:

Experience in building and delivering marketing campaigns with a focus on increasing customer acquisition, engagement and retention
Strategic mindset will be key to success in this position
Experience planning, tracking and reporting on results
Passion to work in a growing business, able to work autonomously, whilst also being highly collaborative
