The role of Finance Assistant is really important to us.
You will be responsible for helping our growing Finance team bring further integrity, rigour and development to the wider business, supporting its continual growth path.
We would love to welcome you to our Crewe HQ office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.The typical responsibilities you can expect from working in our finance department are;
- Reconciliations and financial reporting
- Working with various stakeholders across the business
- Involvement in business improvement projects, as directed and as identified autonomously
- Develop and implement strong controls and procedures within the finance area, providing a strong base for the continued rapid growth of the business
- Continuous improvement of systems and process.

- Computer literacy to a base level (Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve
- Experience of fostering strong working relationships
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to adapt to a fastgrowing business environment
