Senior Salesforce Engineer (Remote) - £55,000-£60,000+ Superb Benefits
My client are a leading Housing Association who do a lot of work in Social Regeneration and Charitable Projects. Currently they are going through a really exciting Transformation Program to streamline the business and improve the systems.


The company have launched a programme of Salesforce Projects, comprising of strategic implementations across diverse business units covering both B2B and B2C operations.

With multiple projects planned we are looking at bringing on multiple
Senior Salesforce Engineers to work fully remotely as part of the team.


As a new
Senior Salesforce Engineer you will take the lead in the ongoing development of the Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud deployment and associated apps.


The
Senior Salesforce Engineer will be managing a team of Salesforce Engineers and working in partnership with the Salesforce Product Manager, Solutions Architects, Business units and colleagues in the IT team to drive delivery of futuredevelopments.


While this is a Remote vacancy you would need to be flexible to visit the office once a quarter if required.


To be considered for this role as
Senior Salesforce Engineer you must be able to demonstrate your experience of the Salesforce PRM Application suite product development and configuration capacity and have hands-on experience of managingthe end-to-end lifecycle process for PRM Application development.

You must also have hand-on experience of managing multiple stakeholders in in supporting the delivery of new PRM Application solutions and be able to demonstrate solid experience of workingwith PRINCE2 and Agile delivery methodologies.

It would be a benefit to have current Salesforce certificates such as Administrator, Platform Developer 1 / 2 or Sales / Service Cloud; experience working in a blue chip organisation would be preferred and a varietyof program knowledge such as Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2 or Waterfall would all be an advantage.
