As a Reception administrator apprentice offering a Front of House service to the Bristol offices you will be working within a corporate environment as part of a team to oversee the general day to day reception operations to provide exceptional customer service.

You will be the first point of contact for people visiting our busy office which attracts many visitors of varying levels.

This role sits within the Boeing Global Enterprise Services team.


Main responsibilities include:


  • Answering the main door to visitors and staff
  • Welcome and sign in guests
  • Conduct safety briefings upon visitor arrival
  • Acting as an initial point of reference in the Reception area as required
  • Providing support as needed across the 3 Bristol offices
  • Manage the switchboard and answer incoming calls.
  • Reporting and recording any building issues, helping to resolve were feasible.
  • To conduct Visitor Prescreening checks
  • To manage local badging activations
  • Collecting and sorting local mail, including franking outgoing post.
  • Management and booking of local hot desks/hot offices/spare offices.
  • Setting up and shutting down local coffee machines.
  • Management of local catering orders and supporting hospitality requests.
  • Coordinating and supporting in the setup of local meetings, including provision and removal of refreshments, supporting IT technicians and room reorganisation (where applicable and appropriate).
  • Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of kitchen areas
  • Managing replenishment of any local stock items (e.g. kitchen sundries, water etc.).
  • Monitor usage of printer/stationery supplies and reorder as appropriate
  • Capturing and recording data
  • Management and execution of local delivery services
  • Support to local parking arrangements/bookings including EV points
  • Supporting the site focal in other locally required duties when available and appropriate, including reporting any facility related issues.


An addition to the core FOH role there is the possibility to support functional projects, support to local site administration and functional admin.


Please be advised there may potentially be the need on an infrequent basis to provide reception support across our various Bristol offices depending on the need.


COURSE OUTLINE:


  • You will work closely with internal and external customers and partner with the various Functions and Service Groups/providers.
  • The Shared Services Business Integration & Support team is a strong, diverse team leading missioncritical services with operational excellence and expertise.
  • End Qualification: Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service Practitioner.
