Background to the Post
Warwickshire College Group runs traditionally A Levels and GCSEs in the summer. Increasingly, the college is also running exams throughout the year, many of which are online.
We are therefore looking to expand our team of invigilators and are looking for individuals who are also prepared to work as scribes or readers for individuals.

Place of Work
The principal place of work will be the College's premises based across all our Colleges.
However, the post holder may be required to work on either a temporary or an indefinite basis at any premises at which we may provide services.
Essential Attainments:
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to drive and access to a car as travel between the sites will be required.
Desirable Attainments:
- Either GCSE Grade C or above in English and Mathematics or Level 2 equivalent/higher qualification
- Relevant experience, such as invigilating in a school or FE institution or similar.
- Previous work experience which requires being well organised and methodical
Essential Key Skills and Knowledge:
- The ability to work effectively with members of a team.
- The ability to work unsupervised.
- To remain calm and be sympathetic to student's needs especially at times when they may be anxious regarding the examinations.
- The ability to be assertive when necessary.
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding and knowledge of Equality and Diversity.
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding and knowledge of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
- Ability to demonstrate behaviours which support the Core Values of the College.
