About the role

You will be responsible for:

  • Working 8:30am 17:00pm Monday to Friday.
  • Using DFDS systems to process orders for customers.
  • Assisting operations and customs teams to ensure the smooth flow of customers loads.
  • Logging into customers portals to process orders.
  • Order settlement (invoice and PODS).
