Animator - London, United Kingdom - Mesmer Studios

Description

We're looking for a 2d/3d animator to join our small team in SE London, working on cutting-edge visuals for live shows - from theatre productions through to concerts through to immersive events.

• Create highquality animated assets to brief in a variety of different software packages.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and refine animation concepts.
• Incorporate photography and graphic design elements into animations.
• Collaborate with other animators, artists, and designers to ensure cohesive visual style.
• Be present onsite for installation periods.

• Some experience as an animator or similar role in the industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of animation styles and techniques.
• Proficiency in industrystandard animation software. Good After Effects skills are required, along with supporting software like Illustrator and Photoshop. We also work with Blender, Maya and Unreal Engine so knowledge of those is a great bonus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a group. Our projects often involve lots of animators working on lots of unique sequences or assets, that then all need to be combined into a finished show.
