Home based - Birmingham Area

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage your own clients in a compliant manner within the budgets
  • Deliver exceptional advice and service to your clients and to seek new revenue streams
  • Work with your wider business family to introduce colleagues to your clients where appropriate
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
  • How you put clients at the centre of everything you do and your desire to deliver an exceptional service
  • Your willingness to learn and succeed within the Company

Experience Required:


  • Experience in the corporate benefits world giving advice in either pensions or protection or ideally both
  • RO4 as a minimum qualification in pensions and preferably GR1 for protection
  • Drive to succeed and the willingness to learn
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills whether client facing or internally
Salary £65,000.00 to £75,000.00 per annum, plus benefits
