This a brilliant opportunity to work in Salisbury as the
Marketing Manager to support the maintenance of a positive profile and the generation of income through developing, implementing and monitoring this organisation's marketing strategy.

As the
Marketing Manager, you'll lead the development, implementation and monitoring of the consumer and B2B marketing strategies and devise, deliver and monitor creative and focused marketing campaigns across all platforms, to engage audiencesfor various events.

Other parts of your role as
Marketing Managerwill include:

Lead on digital strategy and activity including website management, maintenance, development, SEO, content planning, content creation and engagement within the organisation.
Oversee the creation of digital and video content, supporting and guiding the Marketing & Communications Officer and Marketing Assistant.
Management and evaluation of social media strategy and presence across multiple platforms, planning, implementing, and managing social media advertising campaigns targeting different audiences.
Day to day management of the marketing budget.
Manage and develop marketing databases, implement data protection procedures and contribute to continuous improvements.

You'll be managing the Marketing and Communications Officer, and Marketing Assistant, recruiting, training, appraising, supervising, supporting and developing as appropriate.

We'd really like you to have a marketing qualification or proven marketing management experience and experience of creating, managing and monitoring marketing strategy and campaigns with strong digital experience, especially in the use of metrics.
