As a Senior Recruitment Consultant based in our Cambridge Office, you'll collaborate closely with esteemed Associate Directors & Directors, contributing to key accounts while also cultivating your own portfolio within your designated sector.

Year 1 OTE £45-50k, Year 2 OTE £60-65k, Year 3 £80k++, Year 4 £95k++

Responsibilities:


  • Craft and distribute compelling job advertisements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Solicit feedback to refine service delivery continually.

Preferred Qualifications:


Experience in recruitment with a track record of billing consistently and hitting target.

£30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
