This role is based at the DANFOSS facility in Havant, their UK flagship manufacturing site.
F U L L T R A I N I N G P R O V I D E D to become a Lead Fluidcare Technician, you will lead a shop floor team at the DANFOSS plant to ensure that Quaker Houghton is providing a quality service.
Earn £29,000 annually.

Tasks
What will you do?
Lead a team of support operators at the DANFOSS Havant site to ensure our Metal Working lubricants, greases, coolants, cleaners and other Quaker Houghton industrial fluids necessary for the client's manufacturing process, are working under the best conditions.
Such as:
- Ensure that the team keeps equipment & products involved properly maintained and operated.
- Oversee that the team meets high cleanliness standards where our products operate.
- Ensure the team follows all quality, safety & environmental policies.
- Maintain constant communication with the Quaker Houghton teams involved and the main DANFOSS
Requirements:
What are we looking for?
F U L L T R A I N I N G W I L L B E P R O V I D E D.
- 2year experience in team management in any sector. Even though it is an advantage, no industrial experience is necessary.
We are looking for someone with leadership skills who is a fast learner and eager to develop a career in the manufacturing sector working with well-established multinational companies.
- A full UK driving licence is preferred.
- Good English skills.
- Schedule: Monday
- Friday. Day shift.
- Location: Havant, Hampshire / Portsmouth area.
- Soft skills: high safety consciousness, proactive, good communicator and influencer.
