Description
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our customer services team.


Our Customer Service Representatives take ownership of the correct processing of all customer requirements from packaging concept to processing orders and outgoing deliveries.


Our primary focus at TCL is giving a positive customer experience which has always been key to our continued success.


The role of our Customer Services Representatives is maintaining satisfaction and management of the day-to-day customer account activity allowing commercial functions to be able to focus on growing and developing new business.


Our customer service representatives act as the interface between the operational aspects of the organisation and the customer - with bi-directional feedback i.e.

customer requirements filtering into the organisation and operational information feeding out of the organisation back to the customer. The quality and timeliness of this information is of the essence.

Good level of numeracy and literacy ability.

Computer skills:
Microsoft Word, Excel (full training on our ERP system will be given).

Able to manage a wide variety of tasks and keep a cool head in stressful situations.


Able to operate in an independent manner to solve issues and as part of the wider team displaying ownership and taking initiative.
