We have an excellent new role for any aspiring insurance brokers. Hedon Insurance is looking to take on an Insurance Broker Apprentice to join their team in Hull. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors in the building. You will also get involved in general administrative duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

:


  • Franking post
  • Banking
  • Greeting customers
  • Making tea and coffee
  • Answering the phone and taking messages
  • General administration of client records, taking card /cash payments renewing policies
  • Calling customers to advise that their policies are due for renewal
  • Ongoing structured training provided for personal lines/commercial lines insurance broking all tasks under supervision until signed off as competent
