As a T-level Industrial Placement Coach, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting students through their industrial placement experience.

This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of students, equipping them with essential employability skills and fostering their professional growth.

We are seeking a number of dynamic and motivated Industrial Placement Coaches to join our team.

Within this role, you will offer mentoring and coaching for students, facilitate placement process and develop employability skills and collaborate with industry partners.


To be successful, you will hold an English and Maths GCSE or equivalent and have experience of building and maintaining effective working relationships with employers and have the ability to influence.

You will be an excellent communicator (oral and written) and work well independently.
