Elastic Building Services delivers all aspects of building and maintenance work.


Our office is based in the heart of Gateshead and makes up part of the 40-person team that creates the thriving hub of the larger Elastic Group (.TEG) of companies.

Main duties will include many aspects of skilled construction:

  • Loft conversions
  • Extensions
  • Steelworks
  • Some new builds
  • From timetotime, acting as a foreman for a small team


We are looking for someone who has the level of skill of being able to look at a set of plans and be able to action the necessary building works.


You must be capable of working to a high standard, with good initiative and taking pride in your work and be able to work effectively with mínimal supervision and work well under pressure.


  • Proven ability in previous employments
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Salary:
£28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Construction: 4 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • UK Driving License (required)
