Role:
Childrens Residential Support Worker


Salary:
£12.55 ph - £13.55 ph, £60 per sleep in - weekly pay


Location:
Leeds


About the role:


The nature of this role is to support young people within a residential home who display's emotional and behavioural difficulties and challenging behaviour.

As a member of our children's team, you will be passionate about making a difference to a child's life, striving for the best outcomes of those in your care.

Lavoro Care are a specialist health and social care agency working in partnership with CAHMS backgrounds or other additional needs.


Lavoro Care are recruiting dedicated and experienced Support workers who are committed to promote independence, reassurance and life skills to a vulnerable young person who is being prepared for adulthood.


Requirements of a Residential Support Worker

  • A minimum of 6 months experience working with children and young people
  • Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle
  • You must have the legal right to work in the UK
  • Full employment history with any gaps explained
