Description

Adkins & Cheurfi are looking to recruit a Catering Assistant to help to work at a sites based in Bathgate & Livingston.

This role is a temporary zero-hour contract, working at the site to help out with illness, holidays, short staffing and events


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with preparation of meals (i.e. veg prep)
  • Serving food & beverages on the counter
  • Using the till
  • Greeting customers
  • Ensuring kitchen & service areas are clean and tidy

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a similar setting
  • Transport is required to access the livingston site as it is not on a public transport route
  • Good customer service skills
  • Knowledge of good hygiene and health & safety

Job Type:
Zero hours contract

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
£10.42-£10.90 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

- catering assistant: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
