MOBILE PLANT FITTER RUSHDEN
Stable Hire Ltd is a leading local Plant, Vehicle, Tool Hire business based across Rushden, Luton and Stamford.

We are looking for an experienced mobile plant fitter to join our team at our Head Office Depot in Rushden to work alongside an already experienced team looking to provide the best in-house and mobile operation.

Key responsibilities
Responsibilities will include

Carry out routine and preventative maintenance including servicing and inspections including recommendations to depot manager for repairs
Attend machine breakdowns, troubleshoot, fault find defects and repair on site
Communicating effectively with depot manager in regard to timescales and costs of repair work
Maintain stock levels for regularly used parts, placing orders when required
Adhere to health & safety requirements and environmental protocols by being compliant with correct PPE, method statements and risk assessments
Ensuring the workshop is a clean, tidy and safe environment
Work effectively as a member of the team
Promoting good timekeeping & productivity

Requirements:

3+ years' experience in Plant
Previous experience of onsite work
Small tool experience would be beneficial
Comfortable communicating with colleagues and external clients
Full Driving Licence

Package/Benefits

40 Hours per Week basic plus overtime at enhanced pay rate.
