This role will have accountability for high levels of customer service and working under the Enquiry Handling Team Leader within the University's Central Enquiry Handling team, ensuring a seamless customer journey and maintaining continual improvements in the service for students, staff and the wider NTU community.

Following its success, the team engaged in helping other service departments around the university.

We are able to help the enquirer at the first stage of contact, rather than passing the enquirer on to other departments, making the NTU Enquiries team a fast and efficient service.

This role is for 18.5 hours per week; Wednesday - Friday.
