Salary:

Commission based on office income with further opportunity for additional income from mortgage appointments and referrals from solicitors/listings/lettings

The skills required for this SALES NEGOTIATOR (ESTATE AGENT) role will include:

  • Previous experienced in residential property sales
  • Excellent sales ability

  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Well presented, ambitious and selfmotivated
  • Smart and wellspoken
  • Knowledge of the Sittingbourne area helpful
  • Full Driving License essential
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
