JOB TITLE:
Head of Finance


BASE:
Manchester. Home working is also possible on flexible days.


HOURS:37.5 hours per week.


SALARY:
Up to £80k per year. Depending on experience.


STATUS:
Full time, permanent.


START:
TBC, dependent on notice period.

This role will act as the Group Finance Director's number 2 and support with the strategic financial management of HSPG and wider portfolio businesses.


This role will own the full end to end financial reporting for a key division within the HSPG Group ensuring strong governance both internally and externally.

They will cover all business KPI's as well as short, medium and long term forecasting with extensive stress testing and strategic ownership.


This role needs to have a deep understanding of how important the regulatory housing environment is, and the desire to constantly enhance their knowledge in this area.


The role will cover Board level financial reporting and will involve presenting to the Board and fielding questions around the sustainability of the business.


This role will support the Group Finance Director with analysing financial models for new business opportunities and provide opinions on their forecasted financial success.

  • Senior Finance experience (Min 5 years)
  • Strong Presentation Skills

  • Experienced in preparation of Board reports and working in a regulatory environment
  • Experienced in Long Term Business Modelling

Salary:
Up to £80,000.00 per year
