Reservations Agent London Region (Sea Containers & One Hundred Shoreditch)

From Sea Containers Restaurant, our all-day dining hub, to the award-winning cocktail bar Lyaness and finally up to our eclectic 12thKnot rooftop bar, we offer a venue for any occasion and time of the day.

In addition, we also have an exciting new hotel in trendy Shoreditch.

One Hundred Shoreditch has, four restaurants and bars including a rooftop offering panoramic views over East London & award winning bar Seed Library.

We are currently looking for a friendly and engaging Food and Beverage Reservations Agent with the passion and drive to kick-start an unforgettable experience.

As well as your annual pay, you will be eligible to top up your earnings through incentives such as our shared service charge scheme (TRONC).

Who are you?

You have hospitality and/or event management background.
You are an effective communicator.
You have proven experience in a trendy highprofile environment.
Open to working weekends when required

You'll take care of all F&B reservations from start to finish, ensuring all company's standards are kept. Working across two iconic London properties, we are looking for people who can truly deliver an unforgettable experience.

Here is a glimpse of some of the typical tasks and responsibilities you'll be performing:

Working closely with and reporting to relevant department's.
Managing single and group bookings from start to finish from contracting to agreeing menus.
Compiling function sheets with all relevant information, communicating booking details to all parties involved.
Take prospective guests around our amazing venues to showcase our products and seal the deal.
