The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 6 secondary schools, 14 primary schools, 1 all-through school, a Teaching School Hub, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider.

Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield, North Warwickshire, and Coventry.


A vacancy for an Intervention Assistant focussing on phonics and literacy, has arisen within our Multi Academy Trust, based at Stockland Green School.


This is an excellent opportunity for anyone keen to enter the education profession, or those already working in school and wanting to develop their skills in supporting students educationally within the classroom and small groups outside the classroom pastorally.

In this role you would be working collaboratively with teaching and support staff, in particular the English and Inclusion team to deliver support and interventions across, that develop the literacy skills of our cohort.

While experience delivering phonics-based interventions is desirable it is not essential as full training will be given.

The role will be based at Stockland Green School, Slade Road, Erdington B23 7JH
