As a commercial insurance professional, would you like a 2+ years life experience out on the beautiful coast of Tanzania (Dar Es Salaam) ? Known for amazing beaches, islands, seafood, music and plenty of people from Europe to socialise with.

Fully furnished accommodation (single person), healthcare, flights/travel all paid for. Sponsorship also included.

IDEX are working with the business owner of an established Aviation, Marine and Commercial Insurance Brokers based in Tanzania who are specifically looking to hire an individual from the UK/European Insurance markets.

This will be a hybrid broking / leadership role, whereby you will manage a team of 3, whilst broking aviation, marine and commercial risks and network with the local expat community

You will be paid up to 5,000 USD monthly, which can be considered as 'disposable income' given all the above is taken cared for.

To be considered, you'll have a background as a Commercial Insurance Broker / Leader. If you held experience dealing with aviation clients this will be superb but isn't a pre-requisite.

This can be a long-term arrangement, or a 2 year opportunity for you to explore a new country.
