Skills Required:

Inspection of in house manufactured and bought in parts. All items dimensionally inspected to be reported with all reports to be 100% accurate regarding all recorded data.
100% measurement of all drawing features, where feasible, including but not limited to, surface roughness, rads, threads etc to be measured and reported.
Zero escapes of deficient components to other operational areas of the business or the customers.
To minimise any measurement uncertainty, ensure 100% of measuring equipment in the workshop/Q-Pulse is within calibration due date, is fit for purpose and is being used appropriately.
Compliance with processes and procedures 1 audit per month to be undertaken. This can be an ISO system audit, a supplier audit, the calibration system or calibrated equipment usage log.
