We have an exciting role for a passionate and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our internal recruitment team here at HSS Hire.

What will you bring?

Someone with passion, energy skills and enthusiasm in a recruitment role currently or looking to take that leap from a recruitment agency environment into an internal recruitment function
Able to build relationships with proactive communication techniques
Organised with the capacity to work both autonomously and in a team, with effective planning abilities
Experienced in working in a fastpaced environment and adaptable to change

What will you do?

Administer our social media careers pages, ensuring our content is shared and attractive
Work with the Recruitment Manager to produce recruitment reports and updates on a weekly basis
Arrange formal and informal interviews establish attendees, coordinate diaries, agree locations, format and issue invites with all relevant information provided
Compile and issue full contracts with all relevant HR documentation
Ensure IT equipment, system access and fleet are ready for new starters
With support from your Recruitment Manager and the Internal Recruiters you will also have the chance to get involved in recruitment projects including things like Recruitment Events, Recruitment Brand, Equality Diversity and Inclusion in Recruitment, Internal Recruitment Strategies, Recruitment Marketing Campaigns and more as our team continue to evolve
