The Fiducia Commercial Network are a national network seeking a Onboarding Assistant to join them in a full or part time role.
The Commercial Network Assistant will focus on onboarding new network appointed representatives and registered individuals, with key responsibilities including:
Maintaining all databases in a timely and accurate manner.
Obtaining all documentation from existing and new appointed representatives and ensuring these are saved in the appropriate file/secure drive.
Producing reports an maintaining records of activities specified by exec and senior management team.
Maintaining ongoing competency by developing and updating personal training plans in conjunction with the network support manager.
Have experience in a similar role: onboarding with HR, recruitment or a similar network.
Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Can analyze information with a view to making informed decisions or escalating to a higher level.
Are good team players but with a definite ability to be a self starter too.
Confident use of Microsoft Office suite including excel, also CRM systems.
Have some knowledge of systems of control and are able to follow clearly defined procedures.
